Limitations within older Shopify Conversion Pixels:
- Outdated Security: Advertisers are unable to take advantage of our latest Transaction Signature Security feature.
- Manual Validations: either via our API, Bulk Amendments etc.
- Inaccurate Information: The New vs Return customer type is less accurate as Shopify’s information supplied to us on the checkout page is limited in scope.
- Clunky Performance: New plugins or pixels added can cause conflicts and potentially interfere with tracking.

If you currently have the old Shopify integration, please go to Settings -> Tracking Setup in your Commission Factory platform to find instructions on how to upgrade to our Shopify App Plug in.
