This guide shows affiliates how they can update their billing and payment settings in the platform.
To update your billing and payment settings, frequency, and threshold, you can do so by going to Account Settings > Billing.
Billing Details and Billing Contact
In order for our platform to be able to send commission payments to you, all billing details and contact information are required to be filled in and saved in your account. Once filled in, please click Save changes underneath.
At the bottom of the page underneath the Payment Settings subheading, you can select the Send commission payments to dropdown box. Affiliates can either select from Australian Bank, Payoneer or PayPal as their preferred payment method. Then, simply enter your details and press the Save button underneath.
Payment frequency refers to how regularly payments will be sent to. If you would like to update your payment frequency, you can select from the dropdown options. These options include every week, every two weeks or every month. Once you have selected your preferred payment frequency, press the Save button to the left.
Payment threshold refers to the minimum Available Balance your account must hold in order for a commission payment to be sent to you. If you would like to update your payment threshold, you can select an amount from the dropdown (the minimum payment threshold is $50 AUD). Once you have selected your preferred payment threshold, press the Save button to the left.
Please note: It is important to use your preferred payment details and that your details are kept up to date.
