I am an affiliate based outside of Australia, can I still promote the brands on Commission Factory?
Yes, Commission Factory operates worldwide with affiliates based all over the world. Being an Australian affiliate marketing network, we mainly operate in the Australian and South East Asian market. However, most of the advertisers on our network operate worldwide as well so there will be no issue promoting the advertisers on our network.
In your account, you can see what region/s an advertiser operates in by going to Marketplace > Advertisers and referring to the Country column.
Can commission be earned for purchases overseas or just for Australia?
This depends on what country/s an advertiser program operates in. If an advertiser program is listed as a Global, then we will track purchases originating overseas. However, if an advertiser program has only one country listed, then we will only track purchases originating from that specified country.
Our platform will track the reported sale value and currency of the transaction and convert it in real-time to Australian Dollar. Your commission will be shown in AUD.
Can I get paid in local currency?
Yes, affiliates can currently choose between PayPal and Payoneer to receive their commission. Please note that fees may apply.
What timezone does Commission Factory operate in?
Because Commission Factory is an Australian network we operate in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT when on Daylight Savings time). Our platform will also track and report in AEST/AEDT.
What timezone does the Commission Factory API operate in?
Because Commission Factory is an Australian network we operate in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT when on Daylight Savings time) this means all API calls and requests will be in AEST/AEDT.
