Service Plans Guide

Learn more about the available service plans and how to modify your plan.

In the Subscription page, you will see all available service plans and inclusions. These are optional but recommended for advertisers seeking experts to support and/or manage their partnerships. 

Service plans include: 

  • No Service: Ideal for Advertisers requiring no guidance outside of the educational resources and ticket support on offer. 
  • Lite: Our Lite plan helps to get you started and supports you on your way to being a partnerships master. 
  • Plus: Upgrade to Plus for added features that will help you manage partnerships better. 
  • Pro: Everything you would pay a full-time in-house partnerships manager to do for a fraction of the cost.

From this page, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan on a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month basis. This period will automatically renew unless you change your plan.  

Upgrading your service plan 

Advertisers can upgrade their service plan via the Subscriptions page to access exclusive education, training, events and management from local Commission Factory experts. Each column outlines a different service plan, the price, and the inclusions.  

Choose the relevant time period and click Select in the appropriate column. A pop-up will appear outlining the inclusions of the selected service plan. If you are happy to proceed, click Upgrade in the pop-up. A member of our team will be in touch with you within three business days for an introductory call.  

You can upgrade your service plan anytime, regardless of contractual periods.  

Downgrading your service plan 

If you no longer wish to receive guidance and/or management from our experts, you can downgrade your service plan from the Subscriptions page.  

Once your contractual period has ended, you will be able to downgrade your plan by selecting "Downgrade" in the relevant column. A pop-up will appear advising you of all the guidance or events you can no longer access if you downgrade service plans. If you still wish to downgrade, click Downgrade again in the pop-up. A final confirmation will appear to finalise your decision. Once confirmed, your contact at Commission Factory will be in touch with you within five business days to hand over any relevant program management information. Your service plan will automatically switch to the lower plan after the billing month and contract period have concluded. 

You can upgrade your service plan anytime, regardless of contractual periods.  

Cancelling a service plan  

Advertisers can cancel their service plan directly in the platform if their current plan's end date is between 60-30 days from renewal. Advertisers can do this via the payment methods page in their settings.
