You may come across an advertiser that does not have the specific creative type that you want to use for promotion. To request a creative, simply navigate to your Creatives area, and click Request X Creative on the right-hand side of the page where X is the creative tab you are currently browsing (IE: Creatives > Videos will have a Request Video button).
Requesting creative from an advertiser is simple, and requires you to only fill out a few basic details for them to adhere to, such as advertiser name, creative details, any specific start and/or end dates. You also have the ability to add a message to the advertiser to give them further information and details of the request. Please note that not all creative requests will be fulfilled as this is completely up to the advertiser and their creative resources.
