What can Axis help with?

Axis is designed to support both day-to-day platform usage and strategic decision-making.
 

1. Axis Platform Assistant

Available to: All users
Location: Main navigation > Axis
The Platform Assistant helps you get answers quickly while you work on the platform. You can ask Axis questions like:
  • “How do I approve affiliates?”
  • “What’s the best way to use coupons?”
  • “How can I improve affiliate engagement?”
It can guide you through workflows, locate tools, and provide advice based on affiliate marketing best practices.
Axis understands platform features across advertiser, affiliate, and agency accounts, so you’ll always get answers tailored to your role.

 

2. Axis Reporting (Beta)

Axis Reporting uses AI to analyse your program’s performance and return clear, easy-to-read insights. You can ask questions like:

  • “Which affiliates are driving the most conversions this month?”

  • “Are there any sudden drops in traffic?”

  • “What channel is performing best this quarter?”

Axis will typically return this data in a clean, tabular format, making it easy to copy and paste directly into Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools for further analysis or visualisation.

Because this feature is still in beta, we recommend using it alongside your standard reporting dashboards. It’s particularly useful for exploring trends, summarising data quickly, and asking follow-up questions — all without needing to export and filter large datasets manually.

You can access Axis directly from the main navigation menu under Axis on both the Advertiser and Affiliate platforms.
