What are user accounts?
User accounts are used to access the Commission Factory network and can be configured to access a single client account or multiple client accounts. This is to help users consolidate and have access to multiple client accounts without needing multiple login credentials.
How do user accounts work?
The owner of an account has the ability to add users to be able to access the account with selected permissions. To add a new user to an account, click on the cog icon on the top right-hand corner. This will lead to the Settings section where the Users tab can be found. In the Users area, all the users on the account are listed.
For existing users, the owner can View user, Set as owner, Edit permissions or Revoke access by clicking the three vertical dot icon on the right-hand side.
For users with pending invitations can have their invitation edited or cancelled by clicking the three vertical dot button on the right-hand side.
