What is the Affiliate Profile?

Learn what information is in an affiliate's profile and how to open it from anywhere in your account.

What's in the affiliate profile?
The affiliate profile brings together everything you need to know about an affiliate in one place. This includes their contact name, company name, date of approval, affiliate rank, 30 day performance snapshot, audience index, and list of traffic sources. You'll also see which group they belong to, whether that's an automatic or manually created group. An affiliate can belong to more than one group in your program.

How to view an affiliate's profile

  1. Go to Manage Affiliates or the Affiliate Directory
  2. Find the affiliate you want to view
  3. Click the view more icon next to their name

You can also open an affiliate's profile straight from an opportunity card in the Opportunities Marketplace. Just click their name to see their profile in a sidebar without leaving the page.

Recording history and notes
Use the affiliate profile to keep track of important history or context on an affiliate. Enter your note into the field and click +New Note to log it.
