Navigating the Advertiser Dashboard

The advertiser dashboard is your central hub for managing and optimising your affiliate program. This guide breaks down each section of the dashboard and explains how to access features using the updated navigation.


Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the default landing page after login. It gives you a snapshot of your program’s performance, including key metrics like:

  • Conversions, conversion rate, clicks, sale value, AOV, commission, and average commission

  • Data views per day, week, or month

  • Quick access to recent insights and trends


Partners

Access your affiliates, influencers, invitations and groups via the Partners tab.

  • Affiliates: Browse and manage affiliate applications, view the full affiliate directory, or invite new partners.

  • Influencers: Same structure as Affiliates, focused on influencer-based partners.

  • Groups: Create manual or automatic affiliate groups to personalise commissions or communications.

  • Manage: View individual affiliate profiles and activity.

  • Invitations: Track the status of your program invitations.


Opportunities

Under Opportunities, you’ll find:

  • Marketplace: Browse and apply to affiliate-uploaded opportunities (e.g., paid placements or commission increases).

  • Applications: Review affiliate placement applications and manage status updates.


Reporting

The Reporting section offers deep insights across:

  • Transactions: Includes sub-pages for View Transactions, Bulk Upload, and Transaction Queries

  • Sales, Affiliates, Visitors, Creatives, Cart Data, Insights, Attribution

  • Benchmarking (available to Elevate plans): Compare program health against industry benchmarks

You can also create custom reports with the metrics most relevant to your program.
