How to install the Commission Factory app in Microsoft Teams

Install the Commission Factory app to connect your Teams account with the Commission Factory platform

Beta feature: We're rolling this out gradually. If it's not showing in your account yet, it will be available soon.

 

Connecting your Microsoft Teams account with Commission Factory requires a quick one-time app installation. Once it's installed, you'll be ready to receive notifications and updates directly in Teams.

Install the app

1. In Microsoft Teams, click the Apps tab to open the Microsoft app marketplace.

2. Use the search bar to search for "Commission Factory".

 

3. Click Add next to the app in the search results.

4. A pop-up window will appear — click the blue Add button to confirm the installation.

Once installed, a confirmation window will appear. Click Open to view the onboarding message, or click X to close the window and continue using Teams.

 

That's it! Your Teams account is now connected and ready to use with the Commission Factory platform.
