How to install the Commission Factory app in Microsoft Teams

Connecting your Microsoft Teams account with Commission Factory requires a quick one-time app installation. Once it's installed, you'll be ready to receive notifications and updates directly in Teams.

Install the app

1. In Microsoft Teams, click the Apps tab to open the Microsoft app marketplace.

2. Use the search bar to search for "Commission Factory".

3. Click Add next to the app in the search results.

4. Depending on your organisation's own Teams policies, your admin may need to approve the app installation first, but this is a one-time step per organisation, not per user.

Alternatively, you can start the process within the Commission Factory interface by navigating to Profile and Preferences > Notifications

1. Connect Microsoft Teams.

2. Install the Commission Factory App in Microsoft Teams.

That's it! Your Teams account is now connected and ready to use with the Commission Factory platform.
