This percentage graph is broken down into 3 sections, pending, approved or void %. This shows the % of transactions over the last 30 days by default that are in ether of these statuses. The values will be updated if you change the date range on the transaction report.
New Vs Returning
This percentage refers to what proportion of transactions comes from new customers vs. returning customers. The accuracy of this depends on whether you pass this variable to Commission Factory. If you are not sending us the customer type in your tracking then please ignore this graph.
If you pass through the coupon variable to Commission Factory in your tracking then, you will see the % of transactions that were used with a coupon or not. By default this report shows the last 30 days data, but will adjust if you change the date range. If you do not pass on the coupon variable it will feature as ‘100% coupon not used’.
Average conversion time
This tracks the average time from click or post-view that it takes to actually convert the sale.
This shows a breakdown of transactions made on either smartphone, tablet or desktop. By default this report shows the last 30 days data, but will adjust if you change the date range.
